The goal of this list is to learn who each other is, who our alts are, and be able to use this as a point of reference so we don't spend six hours adventuring with Tisha and then later learn it's really Chaney because this is her new alt (for example).
Guidelines - Please:
1) Only one post per guild member (human member, not toon).
2) Modify that one post to your heart's content, if you're so inclined.
3) Hopefully you will feel some need to keep it somewhat updated (not every day mind you, unless the "voices" tell you to - in that case I'd highly recommend complying with their wishes).
4) In a guild where we're all in agreement that we don't want a lot of hard and unyielding "rules" and "musts," I would think this is one of the few things we really SHOULD expect of each other without fail. So, please, add your post.
5) Share as little or as much as you like about yourself. That's up to you. Pictures are good. I'll try to find the "how" on pictures and add it here.

I'll start:
Rayy....something or other. Read my signature line for the list of all toons that have hit Thid or better. That will always be fairly up to date.
I'm 40, married (actually just got married in January in Sedona), male, live in Arizona (Scottsdale) and have spent the last 15 years in high tech. Used to live in Seattle and surrounding areas (Kirkland, Bellevue, Capitol Hill).
I have been playing D&D, DAOC, and UT (that's Dungeons and Dragons, Dark Age, and Unreal Tournament) over the last 15 years with many other games thrown in the mix including Half-Life, Quake III (bleh), WoW, and others. I founded an ran a very successful UT Excessive Overkill Mod clan in 1999.
My love in DAOC was initially bards. Had two that I took to 50. One went away totally. One is still on my main account. Gave up when I realized how much time was required to compete in a ToA world.
I'll probably attach a pic or two later including a weeding pic.
Adaron's post reminded of a few more things I could add: Studied martial arts of various kinds for several years starting just before my junior year in high school. Styles included tae-kwon-do (Okinawa & traditional Korean styles), Chinese hard style karate, plus a smattering of judo, aiki-juitisu and aikido). Looking at buying a heavy bag for my working out at home. After reading Ad's bio, I laughed thinking what an awful mistake it would be for someone to behave "poorly" to his loved ones. Heh.
Thank you all for the great times I have had in this guild so far and for the ones to come.

Some of you guys know me, some don't. Adaron ( pronounced A-Dar-On) is my second 50 tank I've made (50 Armsman on Lancelot) and I love playing tank types. I guess it's because of my RL experience as a Shieldman in the SCA (www.sca.org) for over 18 years. Being a shield tank is not as painfull here. I have a 7th Dan Blackbelt in Karate, taught Karate and Judo for over 22 years before moving to the SCA to learn armoured combat. My guild in the SCA had been considered one of the best melee teams in 3 kingdoms. Lots of experence there. I was a lot younger too! I am married, and my wife is playing a little now on DAoC as Belynda the Sorc. I will be 53 in June and I work as a Systems Analyst here at the University of Houston. I'll try to post a photo of me in my "Glory" days as a shieldman in the SCA later. I like helping people when they need it. Sometimes I get asked to PL and that's ok. But it does make me upset when they takeoff and not even say thank you or give a Frack. Well, that's me. Need anything, let me know. I'll do my best.

My name is Brad and I live in Chicago. I just turned 39 on April 10th, but I still get carded when I buy alcohol. Every freaking time! I guess I should take that as a compliment, but it still makes me cranky. Since July '05 I've lost about 95 pounds through exercise and healthy eating. I started role playing games in College in the late 80s with some buddies that had been playing since they were in junior high. We had an amazing D&D group of 10 that spent four years running the same characters through amazing adventures, while smoking too many cigarettes and drinking too much Capt. Morgans. Our 24 hour gaming marathons are the stuff of legend! After undergrad, I went to grad school at the University of Florida, and was too busy to even think about playing any games, but I did manage to sneak in a fantasy novel every now and then to feed my habit and stave off my withdrawl. In '97, I was living in Tennessee and working as Executive Director of a small Center for the Arts just outside Nashville, when I happened to be watching some syndicated CNET tv show. They ran a segment on Ultima Online, and I ran out that night and bought a computer and the copy of the game to try it out. I played UO until 2000, when I was lucky enough to stumble upon the single VN board from some new upcoming game called Dark Age of Camelot. I posted on the VN DAoC board for about four months, and was invited to join at the start of Beta Phase 2, in October 2000. For the next 11 months I participated heavily in the testing process, and when the game went retail, a group of fellow testers and I settled on Mid Gawaine. I played there for a year, then moved to Hib Igraine for a change of pace (I'd played Mid almost exclusively during beta 3 and 4). Ran with a great guild in Igraine, still participated on the closed Pendragon testing boards with the Mythic Devs and Team Leads, but when ToA started, I became increasingly unhappy because the core design of ToA was exactly what the Devs stressed would never be a part of DAoC. I left the game about a month after ToA went retail. From there I was invited into the last 6 months of the closed beta for City of Heroes and played it for over a year after it's retail release. Then I moved on to the WoW closed beta and played it for about 9 months after its retail release. I went back to CoH for a few months after WoW, then I happened to read about the Classic Servers and that's why I'm here right now. As for ingame stuff, I avoided rvr after I came back for Classic Servers because my old computer just couldn't handle NF without turning into a slide show. So it was pve for me, and I leveled up a gaggle of group friendly toons. Finally, my old computer blew itself up from embarrassment (maxxed out at 512mb of ram and still running Win ME), and I bought a big dual processor box with 2gb of ram. Since I left the game before NF was released, RvR is a whole new game and I feel totally lost in the frontier since I have little experience with the new lay of the land. That's not going to stop me from digging in my heels and getting back to killing the enemy, now that my system runs so smoothly. I'm always willing to lend a hand running quests, epics, and the like, but I really dislike powerleveling because I think it creates lazy players. I'm not making a value judgement on anyone that PLs or likes to be PLed. That's just my personal take on it. For me, the fun of the game is blending the different abilities of classes together in one group and making it work. 99.99% of my toons have a name that starts with 'Vyr' (rhymes with 'beer'). I got into this habit back in beta because with frequent server wipes, many times it was impossible to keep grouping with someone you liked because they would change their names when the server was reset, so you could never find them again. By always starting with the same 3 letters, my buddies could always find me easily and the habit stuck. So if you are in game, and need a hand, just /send Vyr, and you're bound to find me. I am rarely doing something so important that I can't stop immediately to come help out a guildy or alliance member.

Tamlad- Paladin Ranguvar- Mercenary Ruffe- Scout (Thidranki)
Currently I am a sophomore in college, and play DAoC in my spare time, thus my play time fluctuates. Next school year I intend to get involved in campus activities among other things more, so I will not have time to play. However, I will be on all summer, when I'm not working.
When I play I enjoy helping other players as much as I can. I prefer to play PvP, but a little PvE here and there is also enjoyable. In NF, I prefer to run with the Main Force because I like the larger battles and castle sieges. If there is no main force to contribute to then I enjoy running in 8 mans.
More to follow.

My RL name is Edwin, I was from Malaysia. Grew up there and moved to NZ 2 years ago. I have Australian blood (my mum is Aussie) so I may head to Aussie one day. Why NZ, because it's a beautiful country I work as a System Engineer, working on Linux servers. I like to play Support type classes, so here's my toons, with my main listed first: Eddio , 50 Cleric Myloe, 44 Heretic Serash, 3X Cabby Love RvR, and I don't mind PvE too

My toons are:
Josephus, 50th cleric 45smite/25rej/16enh Josse 25th armsman aiming for thrust/shield
My RL name is Tim. I am 42 and married for 17yrs, have 2 kids, one plays daoc. I own a company that imports "Nemo" and all his friends and resells them to pet shops across Canada.
I became interested in fantasy after reading Hobbit, LOTR, Silmarillion etc. I started playing rpg's in the late 70's with Basic D&D. After meeting my wife to be I quit playing D&D and did not start playing rpg's again until a friend introduced me to Daoc just after SI came out. I have been playing ever since. I initially started on Perc - Alb but my friend was on Perc - Hib so I switched. I have a 50th Elf Champion on Perc - Hib which was my first 50th. My home now is here.
I have studied martial arts as well(Hung Gar style Kung Fu) and been minorly involved in the SCA.
I enjoy helping others which is why I started a cleric and took up armor crafting. I enjoy killing things too, which is why the armsman was started.
I like RvR and PvE equally.

Well well well..... you wish to know of me?
I am one who is known by many names, but for our purposes you may call me John.
I have been a pirate for over 15 years, and with the aid of my trusty parrot Franklin and my peg-leg, I have taken many a ship in my days. I also dabble in the art of robotics. I hope to soon complete my Armada of undead pirate robot ninjas.
I eat food from time to time, and also I indulge in liquids when I thirst. When I require oxygen I inhale it through either my nose, or my mouth. These things I understand may seem strange to you, yet it is who I am.... and who are you to judge me?!?!
I was born in the state of Disaray, and moved to the state of Paranoia at age 11. My parents were sperm whales and as I grew they taught me the value of plankton. For this I will always be forever grateful.
If any of you need anything in game, either send me a tell or communicate with me via a series of clicks and whistles an I shall be there !!

I am from Pittsburgh, PA and have been playing DAOC for 2 years now. Just moved back to DAOC from RF Online, because RF can't compete with DAOC rvr. I am a rvr junky. Nothing in any other game like it. If im not here during weeknights, I will be on Percival in rvr ;D I work in Health care and love fantasy at all levels - books, movies, and games. If anyone needs any help, shoot me a tell and if you want to join me in rvr a spot is always open. Here and on Percival.

Ok, I'm living in San Antonio, TX now, originally from Omaha, NE. I've got the geek degrees in Computer Science and Math with a masters in management. Worked as a programmer for 12 years in Omaha. Then I got married and became a military spouse. Actually met my husband at a D&D table, you all know him as Zathrys or Leopold. Am now a retired military spouse trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up.

My name is Josh. I am happily married for 2 years now. I live in eastern Idaho, Pocatello to be exact. I work for Chartwells which is a division of Compas Group. Chartwells caters and provides board dining service for university campus, so my schedule usualy revolves around what the school is doing. I recently go promoted to Assistand Manager from Head Cook, but since they have (at this time) not filled my old spot yet (finals being a week away then a 3 week layoff) I have been pulling double duity.
Been playing DAoC since pre-SI and have either been a GM or Offiver in every guild I have been on. I love to play support roles, but recently have been trying to play a more active leadership role in roaming RvR groups.
I am a huge fan of Square-Enix and anytime they come out with a new game I will probably take a break from DAoC to play and beat it.
My interests are Cooking, DAoC, RPGs, and reading.

Hello, my name is Bill and I'm an....no that's the 'other forum' I'm on...Let me start again. My name is Inugo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to...no...that's not it either...ah...hmm. My name is Bill, I turned 42 in April of this year. I retired from the Air Force in 2004 at Lackland Air Force Base where I was a computer operator (3CO for those in the know) and the noncommissioned officer in charge of operations in the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT). I currently work for Macaully Brown, as a contractor for the same place (now known as the Air Force Network Operations Security Center - Network Security Division (AFNOSC - NSD) as an intrusion detection analyst. You know my wife as Ygmegnll or Ycoellyn...and to answer your questions, no she doesn't know how to pronounce them either. I started out playing D&D in high school (that's right just D&D, we moved on to AD&D a year later ). I have played an assortment of RPGS since (GURPS, Rolemaster, TORG, Shadowrun etc.). Some of those groups included Horace. If you see him on-line, ask him if he still throws knives. ;D (no Horace, I'm NEVER gonna let you forget that! ;D) For a while (Germany and Nebraska) I played in the SCA (www.sca.org), but since I moved to San Antonio, have let it drop to the way side. I started DAoC on Mid/Gawain and then moved to Hib/Gawain when I realized that was were my RL friends were. I still have a champian a mentalist and a warden that I might go back to, but none above 35th level. I then heard that Horace was playing on alb/lance and so I created some toons there. While on lance I got the opportunity to meet Adaron, Nasty and Fallen and some of the rest of the Dragons of Chaos. Most of whom have moved over to Gareth. I also have stray toons on mid/morgan le fay. I think I've bored you enough for the nonce, I might modify this later...
