I haven't played DAOC in quite a bit, but I troll these forums sometimes when I'm bored~
My name's David (aka Starbucks/Panera/Nubcakes/Lollercaust/Jack Bauer/Wtfries), and I played DAOC from 2001-2003 and from 2005 to early 2006 when the Classic servers launched. I've always mainly played Paladins, though when I was on Gareth, I also rolled a Reaver, Infiltrator, and some other characters. Currently, I'm a freshman at the Ohio State University and am really aiming to try out for the football team this upcoming or next winter. I loved DAOC a lot.. So much, that I had to delete and/or give away everything in an effort to keep myself from re-submitting to the dangerous addiction. And even so, the thoughts of going back still plague my mind
Even though it'd be repetative, if I were to come back to DAOC, I'd undoubtedly roll a tank (reaver, paladin, or armsman) again as my main, the medial being the most likely, with a stealther alt to rifle in between.
Hopefully I'll get to meet y'all~ either in DAOC again (curses!) or another game.

I'm Sebastian. I play a Mauler in Albion. It's pretty much all I play. I don't really care for Alts right now and don't know if I will for a long time. Trying to get to RR5+ as an Alb because it's the only realm where I haven't hit RR5+ yet, which will change before the end of the weekend. I, like Harmar, have 50s in Mid and Hib on the cluster. I've played every realm, gotten to level 50 and RR5+ in all as of this coming weekend. I've adventured in probably every zone this game has to offer. I've done more quests then I care to think of. I've played almost every character there is available at some point with the exception of a few. (I refuse to play a bainshee or Valk). I have a pretty fair understanding of the game. I'm happy to help when I can and always glad to lend an ear or some advice to those that might need either. I get heated in RvR when things don't go smoothly. I like to 8v8 and RvR equally. I don't like to "zerg" small groups or solos. I don't like ganking lower levels if I can help it.

That's pretty much it I guess. If you have any questions about how much I suck you can pretty much ask any member of Mortuus Ratio, they all hate me with a burning passion of a thousand hells!

Helloes, i am in the guild with Sevua

I am new to Divinity, and just joined with Zzharg and Eporunner.

I am from the Scandinavian country Denmark, from a city called Aarhus. It is starting to get pretty cold here, as we are entering the fall, also it is getting pretty windy and well, soon winter is here

My work is at the University of Aarhus, where i work as a system administrator. I work at 2 faculties, 1 is the department of sports science, the other is the department of computer science. (ie. i have 2 offices!)

As a hobby i have a net café, for 10 years now, where i have been working full time from when we started it and until 3 years ago. I still administer the computer systems there, mostly with remote administration.

My daoc history is rather long.. well, first off i was playing alot on Igraine. Along with some friends on my café we made a really huge guild called Gatekeepers. Then after a year or something, a few of us joined the Dark Knights, and had fun for another year or so. We also played hib on Mlf, and was in a guild called House of Sagacious.

At some point still before Toa, we made a mid set group called Total Annihilation, which was a setup with 4 pbaoe'ers 2 healers and a skald.. allot of fun and rr6 in about 2 months.. loved that

Then i and a few other quit playing on US and went to euro servers, and i played for a year or so on Excalibur hib, where i played a bard.

Then i / we quit to play wow....... booooooring. well i played it for nearly 2 years. actually returning to daoc Europe to start on classic when they were released... but somehow i was bored with it and it didn't quite turn out right for me.

I returned to wow, got in a awe some guild, played for another year and a half.. but well... for various reasons i stopped again.

And now i am back on US servers having fun with daoc again

I hope i will get to know some of you guys, looking forward to it.

Omg i never posted here. Oh well better late then never.

Name's Chris, game name Azram. I am 28 years old, 5'10 brown hair blue eyes and looking for a girl who...oh wait a minute wrong thread lol j/k

Anyway a bit about myself and the gaming world of daoc. I have played since closed beta. Many may claim they were there but i was one of them. Hell i remember release day when there was no rvr, and half the zones didnt even have mobs in them lol. Even then, when there were no such thing as rlm points in daoc it was the greatest thing to ever hit the pvp world of mmorpg's. It was new ground to cover back then, and my P3 600mhz with 512mb ram was the nuts lol.

I played from then to toa and quit shortly after. The fact that you had to camp a mob with competition that spawned once every 12 hours then level that weapon on certain mobs is what killed it for me. My days of daoc were over, but through the many games i played despite the class balances daoc was still my fall back game. I just came back a couple months ago, already hibs and mids flame me on the boards but F them that's the way i like it.

My playstyle is extremely aggressive. I never fall back, charge 8 mans solo like a fool but even then from time to time i get lucky and pull a kill out of it. I agree with nothing most pvp experts will tell you and that's why i solo. My game play experience involved 8 mans that would take on 30+ ppl every day and win. The sole reason this happend is because they threw rlms out the fricken window and learned never to fall back, never surrender and fight till the end. I fight solo not to be leet, i just like being outnumbered.
Well that, and in all honesty ppl expect friars to heal. My template is made around the more ppl on me the better. The mids/hibs might hate me, but i hate them too so all is good. If you can't tell already, pvp is why i play this game.

Sadly, irl work keeps me from playing more then i like. So chances are unless i have a week off you will only notice me durring the weekends. =/ I love PVP, it's why i play this game and win or lose i just like pissing our enemies off lol. I am all for the realm, and will help an alb whenever i see it is needed. I would expect the same done for me.

Anyway not to keep rambling on i will end this post for now. I just wanted you all to know my style, and why i do what i do. Glad to be apart of the guild, and look forward to kicking some ass with you all soon!

Baby is a RL nickname so don't feel ashamed or afraid to use it, peeps irl have been callin me that for years , as well as in game now;) ) ..you all know my hubby Sinny , aka Thatsfatal... been married for 6-7 years now .... we kid bout that lol for those that have seen Mr. and Mrs Smith hehe ... and we have 2 very energetic boys ( which keep me on mah toes , hey;) can't complain tho , great exercise hehe they also keep me fit lol ) one is 5 jus started kinder.. other is 8 , in 3rd grade .. if im online and am not payin attn to /gu;) tis cus im helpin em out on hw and hubby has me botted lol im only near the desk to move the character around ( that and i've also learned to play /heal etc wit one hand lol usually my youngest loves to be in my arms so that helped out some on learnin how to play that way;) ) ... anyhow... that's jus a bit o info on us ... we are here to help when ever we are needed , if of course RL isn't gettin in the way , so feel free to ask us and we'll try our best to do what we can =) thanks again for lettin us be a part of such a great guild;)

Aim name is Faithoverpowerme though I'm rarely on if I'm playing DAOC, so it's best to try to grab me in game.

I've played DAOC since '02, on and off (just like everyone else) Latest toons were on Hib/Gareth but I'm going to start up Alb/Lamo when I come back. I'm pretty much a utility player in the sense that I can play just about any class well... So let me know what we need. I do so enjoy minstrels though, so if theres no objections, thats probably what I'll be rolling.
Cant wait to see you all in game.

BTW, most of you steady RVR'ers know Nukemper and you may even remember Grovenymph... That was the crew I would roll with. :-D Lots of fun. heh. Looking forward to making more memories.

Im 30, I work in Information Technology as an Information Security Specialist. I started played DAOC just after beta, and before that UO (I quit that when they ruined looting). I have toons on many servers. I ran in good 8 man groups until last spring when I quit. I'm very occasional now, but I can still play as needed. I also have a 50 minstrel here.

I used to play utility or MA, but I can play any position needed. I currently am leveling a few lower toons with my gf as I introduce her to the game, so I am not on on my reaver all the time.
