YB btw, that will no longer work since members of the Divinity Shadowbane community are also registering. I think for the time being it is okay to accept most account requests that look legit.

Well what I have been doing is checking the herald against the proposed account name, and if it is the name of a member of the DAoC chapter I approve the account, oitherwise I leave them for you to aprove or disaprove :-)
