UPDATE:
Looks like we'll have enough people for tomorrow with all the folks here and I'm pretty sure when we all start broadcasting we'll find others who also want to do/need C05, so looks like we're on!
See you guys tomorrow in Cammy at 8:45 PM EASTERN. I'll probably be hanging out in the Academy courtyard.
DOWN WITH THE CIRCLE OF FIVE!!!1) How many people must we have, minimum, to be successful? --> What I found on the Internet says 2-4 fgs minimum, balanced with 2 clerics per, *maybe* one cleric if properly protected. 2) What is an ideal number? So, probably 3-5 fg however 2-3 really solid groups could probably do it. <-- A guess. 3) What specific classes and/or class mix is required/ideal? 2 clerics balanced or rej. 4) Who has been on it before and will join us and offer guidance? 5) Who will commit to attending and with what classes? I'm in if we can get enough to commit? If needed we can get more from /as once folks reply here. I think it depends on how long you want raid to take. I took my scout through it with one cleric and a tic as only non-stealthers. We had 2 other groups we did mobs with. Took a ton of time while waited for each mob to respawn but it was nice way of getting stealthers out there credit as well.
It can be done easily with 2 groups.
Having sorc for power regen or necro for power transfer definitey helps. Rarely did we need the sorc for any CC. If you can heal, bring power pots and lots of 'em. If have shield tank, adding an ice wizzie or other high DPS class is great for the adds some of the mobs spawn.
Good luck!

Well, it was an excellent run. We had three groups, and two groups formed for the Az component afterwards. Of those two, one completed the final step and one didn't. For the group that didn't (mine) it was a pretty funny awakening of just how badass the last guy is. All of the folks involved did a really nice job and Vyr and Lech provided some excellent guidance through the C05 portion. All in all, it was an excellent group, everyone did a great job, and it was a LOT of fun. The necros did an AWESOME job of keeping everyone in power, Lech did an awesome job on backup heals, and Jamm was equally reliable as a cleric. And (and this might have been the best part) my group was hilarious. Lech, you still owe us some pizza you pig. Thank you everyone for attending and for making it such an incredibly fun raid! And WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!!
