this is for our member Ishory, who lives in Germany but speaks only english. He has no flatrate and has to pay per minute for playing Daoc. He hasnt registered yet, but i guess he will do it now. I gave him our forum adress.
Ishory, you can get an UMTS flatrate by e-plus. UMTS is Highspeed Handy Connection, but you can get DSL over UMTS with a flatrate. The prices are: only one time: 25 Euro, base costs monthly 10 Euro, Flatrate montly 40 Euro. So if your costs for internet are higher than 50 Euro, its cheaper for you with DSL over UMTS. The speed is only 384 kbit/s, but enough.
Here you can see, if it is avalaible at your adress:

when the place where you live is green colored, you can use it.
You can get a free UMTS PCMCIA Adapter for free by using the flatrate:

Unfortunately you need an adapter PCI to PCMCIA for your PC.

E-Plus has its own shops and I hope, there is one near your home. I commend to visit a shop for more information or a call, I guess they´re english speaken.
