Are we talking 8 man group setups or what?
Imo i'd say theurgist wuold be needed. I don't know but maybe 1 in the guild.
choices for those are PBT or haste spec, and i'm not too familiar with the classes but i would look into a earth/ice spec since earth now has a main dd that does decent damage and the earth pets last the longest. Then place the left over points in ice. Ice pets stun...but might be best to ask someone who plays them in a regular 8 man. they can be key to a well balaced group.
Downside to playing a theurgist is they are hard to solo with and you need a good group so many ppl give up on them.

Earth is PBT Spec Smiter. :-D And I'd probably side spec in Air, because air has the stun pets as far as I know... If I remember correctly. (Quote brian regan)

Oh and yes, I was speaking for a rounded 8-man. Havn't played alb in a while, wasn't sure if people even grouped theurgs in rvr anymore. Havn't seen too many of them out when I was playing Hib.
