Downgrade

Looks like we don't have enough active members to keep up the 800gp a week to pay the rent on our lvl 3 house.

I will see if I can come up with an alternative but it looks like I will downgrade the Guild House to a managable lvl. I will take some work and I'm going to do everything by the numbers.

If we get backup and running at full steam, I'll put it back to lvl 3.

I will save as much as possible before the downgrade. That way we will not lose them.

I will most likely do this by Saturday.

Looks like someone put a couple of plat into the coffers.
I'll leave the Guild House as is for now. As long as the funds are there for the rent, I won't bother it. But if gets to where it looks like we may lose it, I'll try to be sure to save it and downgrade it so it can be more managable.

Havent checked the guild cm in a while but are there any junk items u can buy for like 1p and by doin that help with the rent?

or is there any other way of addin plats to the house except payin rent?

I can put some High end items in there and price em at a plat.

It'll be Dark Spire stuff. What would you like to see in there?

FYI last I checked it is impossible to downgrade a guild house. Unless this has been changed since I tried it a couple years ago. Personal house yes ... guild house no
