Atm it's a cross between a junk shack and a place for Divinity members to check for various bits of stuff (eq, stat runes, a few disc runes too) that I pick up on my travels, the bulk of the proceeds going into the warehouse.
I'm going to friend it to the IC later today, though I've been wondering perhaps if I bought a new shack deed, whether I could move it closer to the ToL?
