As you know, the official Divinity Uniform color is Royal Blue with optional black highlights (on arms and legs). You are not required to wear the colors, but if you opt to you can ask Molukai to make the Royal Blue/Black dyes for you for half the cost of the materials to make them - the guild funds will pay for the other half.
