After an "event" (activity) in the Army, there is something called an "After Action Review". This is where ranking members of the Army that were present at the event asks everyone for three "sustains" (things that were done well) and three "improves" (things that could have done better). I want to tailor this to Divinity to better serve our membership.
In this thread, from time to time (meaning you can post as often as your feelings change on the subject) post one thing you think is going very well for Divinity and one thing that needs the most improvement upon. This information will be invaluable to officers and we can work on a viable solution.
To set the ball rolling, I'll begin:
Things Divinity Is Doing Well On Strong sense of community despite wide level spread
Things Divinity Could Do Better On More volunteers to lead non-60 Divinity events for our non-60s
It is really important to us that you share your words, because we aren't yet evolved to a point where we can read your mind through mental telepathy.

I think we now have a good population of 60s. We lack a bit of pure *undiluted* healing powers (priests) though.
I think that the guild could do better at posting on the forums though.... Come on guys participation is the key to having a good time!

Agreed! Perhaps we should make it a requirement to continue membership by at the very least registering on the forums

Just my 2 cents. This is just my opnion and you know what opinions are From an outsider just joining the guild Con's: No real sence of pride in the guild (What I mean is the website should be devoted to the branch of divinity in wow) Pro: The people who are on vent are very friendly and open to talking (I met the Canadian's Last night) Again by no means is this ment to be a flame or upset anyone this is just my initial perspective.

Well if you feel that there is a lack of pride because of the website forum, I would have to disagree. There is a lot of pride in that we all share the Divinity identity here, going past the boundaries of any one mere game. I think there is some pride issues though, but those are having to do with social interactivity within the guild in-game during off-hours.

that never seems to work - forums are great - but some people just won't check them - no matter how hard you twist their arm
