i love the guild an all, a lot of nice people, but isnt the size gettin a little too big too fast?! i saw like 3-4 invites within 10 minutes the other day and they werent alts. If we get too big theres not going to be any bonding or that kinda stuff. we are gunna have a guild of complete strangers. just an observation. very good guild, but if people start becoming indifferent with 400+ people then im goin to have to find a smaller guild not cuz i dont like you guys but sheeesh

Uh.. who are you?
Hehe just kidding. I've seen a lot of invites but that just means more people you get to know. =)

zareth your concern is important, and frankly I agree with you. But keep in mind whenever I am online I get approximately 10 requests to join Divinity every hour, with me only recruiting about 1 out of those 10... and now that we have more officers, there is now a higher chance for that high volume of people asking to join to get in... I will have to crack down on that soon

Zareth, good point but don't start to worry yet. I know who you are. You're a Heritic. Seriously, during the hours I play we have about 35 people on. All of which I know and have grouped with. And if I haven't grouped with them yet it's because they are new lower level players. So in a sense, to me, the guild is really only about 35 - 40 people that I play with when I'm online. Now, break that 40 down to 25 because I RvR mostly. And out of the 40 that are online when I am only about 25 RvR. Now, take out Meanie x2, Zanshen, Shiran, and Slyc who never log but are always grouped and that leaves me with 20 RvR'ers to chose to group with. Now, having 20 you would think a Guild RvR would be automatic. Well, it's not. I tend to get 3 or 4 guildies and fill in the rest with pug players. So, to me again, the guild isn't to big yet. I still get the sense of family and try and get to know everyone. Even the weekend players who I only get to see Saturday mornings .

I am all in favor of recruiting more clerics and theurgs.

Sorcs, Minstrels, and Clerics are currently the classes Divinity is looking at the most.
People under level 40 tend to be referred to smaller guilds in our alliance for recruitment
