It's a crappy keep, and we'll burn ourselves out repeatedly running out to defend it. If any Divinity Arch-Knight rank or above members see another keep become unclaimed, specifically one with a portal, release our control of Sursbrooke and claim the keep with a portal instead.

Berkstead is also ftl, but it's closer to benowyc so that's a plus
