I just got back from seeing Scary Movie 4. Surprisingly, it had some really funny stuff in it....between some really lame stuff.

It's just a cheap way of making a movie when one has no idea what to do and can't think of anything original.

They included War of the Worlds, Million Dollar Baby, Brokeback Mountain, The Grudge, The Village, Saw, and a couple of others in this one. Their War of the Worlds stuff was spot on. They spent quite a bit of money on sets and cgi and the result was pretty d**ned funny. Seeing Dakota Fanning's character repeated beaten to hell was hilarious, I must admit.
And, of course, Anna Farris and Regina Hall were knock down drag out funny throughout.
